Refund policy
How refunds are assessed for the separate assistance fee, work already performed, and the UK Government fee already paid onward.
Before work begins
A customer may request cancellation before review work begins. Any refund may be subject to payment-processing costs where permitted by law.
After assistance begins
Once document review, correction work, submission assistance, support activity, or other personalised assistance has started, the refundable assistance-fee amount may be reduced to reflect work already performed where permitted by law.
Government fees
The UK Government fee is separate from the UK ETA Trip assistance fee. A government fee that has already been paid onward is generally non-refundable under the official rules. UK ETA Trip cannot promise a refund of money no longer held by the service.
Rejected or delayed applications
Government rejection, delay, or border refusal does not automatically create a refund right because the assistance service cannot control those decisions. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail where applicable.
