Answers before you need to ask.
Is UK ETA Trip the UK Government?
No. UK ETA Trip is a private, independent application-assistance service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, connected to, or part of the UK Government or Home Office. Eligible travellers can apply directly at GOV.UK for the government fee without paying our assistance fee.
How much does the service cost?
UK ETA Trip offers three assistance levels. Prices start at £79 (≈ US$105.77) per traveller, including the £20 (≈ US$26.78) UK Government ETA fee plus a private UK ETA Trip assistance fee that varies by the selected level. The complete breakdown is shown before payment.
What is included in the assistance fee?
A guided application journey, eligibility prompts, document and data checks for common omissions or inconsistencies, correction requests where needed, submission assistance, status tracking, and support throughout the process. Our checks do not verify whether the information supplied is true; each customer remains responsible for complete and truthful answers.
Does using this service guarantee approval?
No. The UK Government makes every ETA decision. No private service can guarantee approval, processing time, or admission at the border.
Can I apply directly instead?
Yes. You can apply through the official UK Government service at GOV.UK for the government fee. Our optional service is for travellers who want a guided process, review for common omissions or inconsistencies, submission assistance, status tools, and support.
When do I complete passport and travel questions?
We first confirm eligibility and show the full price. After payment, your secure workspace guides you through the remaining passport, travel, suitability and document tasks. Your application is not complete until those tasks are finished.
How long does processing take?
UK Government processing times vary. No private assistance service can guarantee a decision time.
How are my passport details and documents protected?
Your application workspace requires authentication. Uploaded document bytes are kept in managed object storage, while the application database stores access-controlled metadata. Do not send passport numbers or document images through the support form.
Where can I check my application status?
Sign in and open My application. The portal shows the current lifecycle state, recorded updates, remaining actions, document-review results, and your application reference.
Can I request a refund?
Contact support@enteraruba.com with your application reference. Please read the refund policy for the applicable terms.
