13. TIME FRAME
Our goal is to process all successfully submitted applications within 72 hours. However, we are not responsible for any delays in processing. It is not recommended to submit an ED Card Application through getarubacard.com within 24 hours of your travel.
14. SERVICE COSTS AND FEES
Upon accepting these terms and conditions and making a successful payment, you authorize the enteraruba.com data processing team to handle your eTA application. A fee of $60.00-$79.99 USD per applicant covers application confirmation, admission, error checks, reimbursement for declined applications, and 24/7 email support and advice. We hold no liability for any loss or damage resulting from transaction declines due to the cardholder exceeding the preset spending limit agreed with our acquiring bank.

Our services are governed by United States and international law. As we provide a digital personalized service, submitting a booking implies you waive your rights to cancel.
