Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of processing your application at the time we receive your cancellation request. All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the payment confirmation email sent by us.

You may qualify for a refund in the following situations:
Cancellation Before Delivery
If you request cancellation before your Aruba ED Card has been delivered, you may receive a refund minus a $19.99 USD cancellation/administration fee.

If your application is rejected because of a direct mistake made by our team during the data entry or submission process, and we are unable to correct the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you will be entitled to a full refund.
2. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds cannot be provided under the following circumstances:
After Delivery
Once your Aruba ED Card has been delivered, our service is considered completed and fully provided. At that point, no refund can be issued.
Issues Caused by Incorrect Information Provided by You
If your application is delayed, rejected, or affected because of inaccurate, incomplete, or false information submitted by you, a refund will not be available. It is your responsibility to ensure that all provided information is correct.
Change in Travel Plans After Delivery
If you decide to cancel or change your trip after your Aruba ED Card has already been delivered, you will not be eligible for a refund.
