    You confirm that, as required by law, you must notify Customs if you are carrying more than Afl. 20,000 (or US$ 11,000) into or out of Aruba by completing the designated form available at the Customs desk. Failure to declare this amount may lead to confiscation of the funds, fines, and/or imprisonment.
  2.  Drug Policy:
    You acknowledge that all drugs, including medicinal marijuana, are illegal in Aruba, and you agree not to participate in any illegal drug-related activities.
  3. Environmental Protection:
    You acknowledge that taking sand out of Aruba is strictly prohibited, and that the import or export of seashells is banned under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).
